Micro Drive is a compact with reduced installation cost, frequency converter. It has matchless reliability, accessibility and extremely easy to commissioned. Despite the compact size it is designed to perform in complex applications. Terminal numbers are named in the  sequential manner making it easier for control wiring.

These drives are designed to keep the forced ventilation away from the components of drives. It has built in DC and AC brake functions. A Brake chopper is built in the drives of 1.5KW and upwards.

This drives comes with an additional option of line Filter which improves both low and high performance of the line current to the drive. It boosts efficiency by combining a harmonic filter and EMC filter. An additional option of line Filter increases the lifespan of the drive by reducing the voltage ripple on the DC link and also results in higher reliability. The DC capacitors lifespan will be increased by 2-3 times.

Line filter also reduces the RMS value of line current which means higher true power factor. Improving power factor from 0.4 to 0.7 for single-phase and 0.47 to 0.9 for three-phase drives. Additional line filter will also increases the high immunity against grid disturbance improving the performance of the immunity to the surge and burst impact of the drive.

The Motion Control Tool MCT-10 setup software exploits the full functionality of PC, providing a general overview and control of the drive.
