Our VFD field services cover everything from initial installation to ongoing on-site support for variable frequency drives across all major brands. If you have just purchased a new Danfoss drive or need commissioning support for an existing installation, our engineers come to your site and handle the complete job.
Our team handles complete VFD installation services for new drive setups, mounting, cable sizing, input and output wiring, control connections, and earthing. Every installation is carried out to manufacturer specifications and applicable electrical standards.
VFD commissioning services involve setting up and testing the drive after installation to confirm it is running correctly for your specific application. Our engineers set motor parameters, configure control inputs and outputs, run the drive through its full speed range, and verify current, voltage, and temperature readings before handing over.
For Danfoss drives specifically, we perform Advanced Motor Adaptation (AMA) and application-specific parameter configuration, ensuring the drive is fully optimized for your motor and load type.
Our VFD on-site service covers fault diagnosis, parameter changes, software updates, and performance checks at your facility. If your drive is showing error codes, running incorrectly, or needs re-commissioning after a motor or process change, our engineer visits your site and resolves the issue directly.
For new plant installations and project commissioning, our drive commissioning service covers multiple drives across a site, working alongside your project team, panel builders, and contractors to commission all drives in sequence and meet your project timeline.
Industrial automation training by Adhunik Automation is designed for facility engineers, maintenance technicians, and operators who work with VFDs and automation systems on a daily basis. Our training programmes are practical, hands-on, and conducted at your site or at our Ghaziabad training Centre.
Our VFD training programme covers the fundamentals of how variable frequency drives work, common fault codes and what they mean, parameter navigation and setting, and basic maintenance and inspection tasks. After training, your team can handle day-to-day drive queries and simple faults without needing to call for external support every time.
As an authorized Danfoss dealer, Adhunik Automation delivers Danfoss VFD training for the VLT and VACON product ranges. This includes product-specific parameter navigation, application setup for HVAC, pump, and fan drives, and fault finding specific to Danfoss drive series. Training is available for both new installations and existing users who want to get more from their Danfoss drives.
Our industrial automation training in Delhi NCR is available as on-site training at your facility or at our Ghaziabad Centre. On-site training is flexible, we train as many or as few team members as you need, at a time that suits your shift pattern. There are no travel costs for your team and training is conducted on your own equipment where possible, which makes the learning directly relevant to your day-to-day work.
