A basement ventilation system is important for maintaining proper airflow in enclosed car parking areas. Adhunik Automation provides PLC based ventilation control solutions that manage fresh air fans, exhaust fans, and jet fans according to the operating conditions of the basement or car park. Our panels are supplied and commissioned across Delhi NCR, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Gurugram. Our PLC based ventilation fan control panels are part of our broader electrical control panel range, designed and manufactured in-house at our Ghaziabad facility.
The system can work in AUTO, MANUAL, and FIRE modes. In automatic operation, the PLC follows the programmed instructions and responds to signals from CO sensors and the Building Management System (BMS). In manual mode, operators can start or stop individual jet fans, fresh air fans, and extract fans from the HMI when required.
Our PLC ventilation control panel is designed to manage different ventilation equipment used in basement and car parking applications. The control system receives signals and operates the connected fans according to the selected operating mode and programmed conditions.
When CO levels rise above the preset threshold in a particular zone, the CO sensors send a signal through the BMS. The corresponding group of jet fans is then triggered to improve air movement in that zone.
The system can operate jet fans at different speeds based on the CO level. At a lower CO condition above the low set point, the jet fans operate at low speed. When the CO level exceeds the high set point, the jet fans operate at high speed.
This CO sensor based ventilation helps operate fans according to the detected condition instead of running every fan continuously.
A PLC control panel for ventilation can manage jet fans, fresh air fans, and extract fans used in basement car parks.
The jet fans help move air through different areas of the car park and reduce the chances of air getting trapped in specific zones. The control system operates the required fans based on signals from the CO sensors and the programmed ventilation sequence.
Fresh air and axial fans can also operate according to the detected CO level, with their speed changing based on the programmed control conditions.
The ventilation panel supports three operating modes:
AUTO MODE:
The PLC operates the jet fans, fresh air fans, and extract fans according to programmed instructions and sensor inputs.
MANUAL MODE:
Operators can individually start and stop jet fans, fresh air fans, and extract fans from the HMI when manual operation is required.
FIRE MODE:
When the control panel receives a fire signal from the BMS, the ventilation system changes to the programmed fire operation. Jet fans on the fire floor run at high speed, while fresh air and extract fans operate according to the configured fire sequence.
The control system can also respond to heat or smoke sensor signals during fire conditions.
During a fire or high CO condition, the control system can operate the required fans at full speed based on the received signals. The system also regulates the main supply and exhaust fans according to the relevant sensor or control signal.
This smoke extraction system helps remove smoke from basement car parking areas during an emergency as part of the programmed ventilation sequence.
The system works with BMS signals for monitoring and control. CO sensors provide information about pollution levels in different zones, allowing the ventilation system to respond according to the detected CO level.
With CO level based ventilation, the required group of jet fans can be activated when the preset threshold is exceeded. This provides zone-based ventilation control for basement and car parking applications.
Adhunik Automation provides PLC based ventilation solutions for basement and car parking applications. Our system combines PLC control, HMI operation, CO sensor inputs, BMS signals, and multiple ventilation modes in one control solution.
